Well just dropped the hammer on a new ac unit for the house..

I will admit I'm pretty proud of myself that this ac unit is 22 years old and last year I decided to really learn how they work. I fixed some stuff and it ran great until the compressor finally took shit.

What I'm proud about wasy summer electric bill this year. Here is what my average was for the summer months.

    2011 - 304
    2012 - 330
    2013- 298
    2014 - 120

All I did was replace the motor, capacitor, and clean the coils every 6 months.

Knocked a $100 off my month summer bill by simple maintenance.

If you need help with how to maintain your ac pm me. I'm not a ac guy but I've learned a hell of a lot of tricks over time that can really save you a lot of cash.

There must be something in the air triggering Subaru purchases. I was at my parents' house yesterday and my dad came home with this.

I usually do load up on the sriracha but took it easy this last time. Pho Thanh on Camelback and 17th ave has the best pho in the Phx area.

Ive had a few places but nothing beats home made. One of my closest friends moms makes that shit the legit way with Ox tail. She will spend half a day hunting ingredients around town just to make it.

Shouldn't you be eating menudo? After all it is hangover Sunday ;)

I've never had homemade but I've been to many pho places in the valley with a Vietnamese dude and he says that place is legit. I've never tried the ox tail..maybe I'll order that next time.
No hangover and no menudo here.
