    Evening all:
Just put a sign on them: FIREWOOD for sale $75.
That way there's a good chance someone will probably steal them! :D

Morning sixtys and Susan. Congratulations on getting the stumps out! I've always found that the best way to make something disappear is to put it out for the trash man. Around here at least, people seem to have a strange attraction to other people's trash. And putting a 'free' sign on it virtually guarantees that nobody will touch it!

:pccoffee: Morning all...been busy with driving, and the grand kids. Schools out so it's Grandpop to the rescue:). We have 2 of them that spent the night and the granddaughter and the missus are making a strawberry cream pie this morning:popcorn:.
Glad the fishing went good Rob. Glad your freezer is full:thumbsup:. Take it easy with the spur, I had one and the doc gave me a shot and told me to stay off my feet, but because I was on my feet all day at work I asked if I could move in with him until it got better so he could pay my bills:confused:. He then said TRY to stay off your feet as much as possible. Haven't had any problems since then. Take care of it.
Hi Mike, good luck today. Show 'em what a real car can do:burnrubber:. Hope your weather holds out. Raining here in PA.

Hi Susan, how is everything? Bet your happy the stumps are out of the yard:). Problem is getting rid of them. Hopefully someone will take them for firewood so they'll be gone:proposetoast:. How are the girls doing?

To ALL YOU FATHERS.. HAPPY FATHERS DAY. Have an excellent day and enjoy whatever it is your going to do:woot::yes:. Take care all.

 Morning all. Happy Father's Day to all the Dads.

Ken, thanks for the advice on the spur. I'm doing my best to follow my Doc's instructions. Hardest one for me is to not go barefoot in the house. Bought a pair of slip on style shoes for inside use only. Feels so weird because here in Alaska we are so tuned to the "remove shoes when you come inside" rule. But I have to admit it doesn't hurt so much as it did when I was going barefoot in the house. Hopefully I'll learn to compensate for it with the use of the right footwear so it won't hurt so much.

    Morning all:
    Happy Fathers day also!

Cool Pic. of the vettes!

I never had one but I've also heard of others getting a shot for a bone spur.
Can they operate and remove it? Unless it will eventually go away, that might be the best option in the long run. :notsure:

Doc never said anything about a shot. And yes they can operate, but no guarantees it would work or not lead to further complications. :notsure:

Hopefully with the inserts and buying the right shoes, the pain will subside and not be so chronic. :fingerscrossed:

 Morning all and HAPPY FATHER'S DAY to all the dad's :woot:

Morning Dave Putting a "free" sign makes things disappear here. I've put logs out before and they stay almost forever. Put a sign and it's usually gone real soon. Or maybe it's the item :notsure: If I lived in the back part of the subdivision, it wouldn't be an issue - trash man picks up yard waste. They're in the city and I'm county. the layout of this town/county is weird to say the least

    4.0 :D

Morning Ken.... Everything is good. I'll be happier when they are GONE!!! I sure hope someone takes them... there's no way I could get them in the truck or into the bin at the recycle center. I'll have to borrow a chain and just drag them down the street until they are small/light enough for me to lift :anonymous: Girls are good... spending more time inside now that it's hot out.

Hope everything is good for you - sounds like you are getting fed well on this Fathers Day

The right foot wear is key to no foot pain here!!! When I bought my house, I'd take my outside shoes off and go bare foot. Big mistake!!! Crocs in the house and Sketchers for walking!!! knock on wood, no foot pain for the last 3 years now :yay:

I'd vote no for surgery unless a LAST resort. My sister had surgery and is still having issues. Maybe it's just her :notsure:

    Have a wonderful day guys!!

    Morning Sue!
I would also vote for surgery as a LAST resort.
Was just looking at --- Ask.com--- for info. on heel spurs. Looks like the inserts, proper shoes, and a few other minor things can be done to minimize the problem. Steroid injections and surgery were at the bottom of the list, and in most cases didn't seem to be necessary.

How could I forget about a strawberry cream pie!!:drool::drool: :hungry:
