I just find that peoples stats are at the very least 20% improved. I like to go on the conservative side myself :)

    ouch. You don't even lift.

I actually showed a few girls a pic of me from 2008...when I was "working out" in college. I didn't really do shit. One said "you had a dad bod! You've come a long way. You look nothing like that now..."

Haha I am not even mad. Actually made me laugh. I start working in the field tomorrow for a few weeks so it'll burn off fast with all that work.

So no carb loading for your workouts? And fat post workout?

Yet you consume 1000, one thousand carbs on a workout day....all post workout and 50 carbs on off days....

    Wut?

Yup, pretty much. Workout days = high protein, high carb, and lowish fat.

Rest days = high protein, low carb, moderate fat.

I said I try to get 1000g carbs. Obviously I don't get 1000g via brown rice and oats, I use weight gainers with over 250g carbs per shake. I eat candy, etc. I don't worry about fat pwo, or mixing carbs and fats on days I workout. Sometimes I grab McDonald's pwo on the way home to hold me over until I get more egg whites, chicken, etc.

    I'm down

    My stats: 6'4", 6% bf, 405 bench, 700 dl, 505 squat....srs

Holy shit! Ours is $25/month. I get mine for free though :D
For sure...I try to get my friends to come workout with me all the time and they lie about their numbers so bad. Then we start lifting and they're like, "oh my shoulder is sore from last week; that's why I can only bench 225 today..."

The only thing I ever miscalculated was my bodyfat percentage a few weeks ago on here. I put that pic up and genuinely thought I was in the 12-13% range, when you fuckers said it was more like 14-16%....right in the feels. I definitely didn't aide in any fat-loss this weekend either. Fried fish tacos Saturday night and General Tso's chicken and fried rice last night :anonymous: #fatass4life #dadbod

Yeah, that would be fun and give some context to what people are posting. Plus, there would likely be some fun conversations over what different people are claiming haha.

Nice stats...if they not e-stats. Lol. Jk. That's an impressive pull. I did 10 plates for 3 reps like 2 months back. Raw, no belt no straps.

1000g carbs is intense. Carbs is the only macro I struggle to hit unless I'm gorging on pizza or something on the weekend. Normal days I'm usually struggling to fit them in.,

Just don't doubt my 700lb DL. For realz.

Man, last time I was in the low 180s I was living in the African bush eating pretty much all starchy carbs. We ate meat like 1-2x per week and it was horriblr. I looked flabby even though I was as light as I'd been in years. I wasn't anywhere near that strong.

I was 209 in December, but my bodyfat got up into the 19-23% range. I got really strong, but I didn't look good at all. Now, I've adjusted my goals to get as lean as possible while trying to keep all my strength. After I get down to 9-10% bodyfat, I'm going to try to slowly gain weight year-round, while trying to maintain a low bodyfat. I'm only going to try to gain 2-3 lbs a month in order to keep the fat gains as low as possible. That's also the way I'm losing fat: I'm trying to do it extremely slow in order to retain as much muscle as possible. I'm losing right under a pound a week (when I don't fuck up on the weekends like I usually do lol)

Yeah, I'm about 205-210 right now depending on day. Not really sure where my bf% is but I'd guess I'm somewhere between 15 and 20...probably closer to 20 than 15.

I'd like to lose some fat but I've switched my goal to increasing strength and muscle size while maintaining the same weight. The goal is improving my composition while staying in roughly the same weight range for now.

I've thought about doing a recomp before, but it just takes sooooo long, compared to just cutting. It would be nice to stay at the same weight though...I feel like a bitch when I'm below 200 lbs
