    My first time to really get my hands dirty with maintenance. Pretty fun but discouraged because I'm still having the same issues. That being said...a brand new supercharger belt is installed. Changing the supercharger oil tomorrow! Definitely makes me want some better tools.

    I'm getting a stutter/vibration upon acceleration, right at 1500 rpm just prior to shifting. Any ideas?

    Sounds like the normal taco shudder. I've got the same on take off.

    (totaled) 2011 Tacoma DC
    I've had a slight vibration around 15-1800 rpm at low speeds as well. Can't figure it out, dealer couldn't figure it either since it comes and goes (and usually goes whenever I took it in). Drives me nuts lol

    Mine is only during acceleration from stop around 5-10 mph in first gear. Had vibrations at higher speeds on acceleration, had the tsb done, and it just moved it to a different speed range.

    Neither did I, until 120k miles. And mine is pretty severe at times, rattles the door panels and all plastic interior.

    Because of those two points, I hope my problem is not the usual vibration problem.

    well i gt me a new job at DCP Midstream, everything is an upside, except possibly losing the key to this shop lol but i have other places to tear it up at, just dont have all the metal and hardware on hand haha
