Ended up going with a snugtop XtraVision today.

Deciding factor was the sliding/removable side screens and the fact the front window has hydraulics and can flip up into place so I can roll down my crewmax window for the dogs.

Here's my A.R.E. Z series which I returned and now my Leer 100XR. Good comparison pictures for those shopping. The Leer is made a little better and in my opinion even looks better. The biggest difference I have noticed so far is the view in my rear view mirror. The back window on the A.R.E. was much more covered by the handle/latch assembly. I didn't care for the limit view it had.

^^ That is some funny shit, Pee. Hey, I have something to show you. Will post it in your "build" thread. Oh...where's that mofo sticker, beeoch? :D

@ERMB So far, I really like it. Haven't yet put it through what I would like to yet (camping, etc). Will be heading North at the end of the week, so I will be using it some. My 3 y.o. loves it. It is his new clubhouse. :cookiemonster:
The quality could be a bit better for 2k. The small details - trim painting, trim cutting, etc.
I do like the color match. It really makes it seem like it is part of the truck. And seems very solid.

Looking at purchasing a leer 100XQ. I own a aftermarket security system (Viper 5706) and would like to be able to lock the camper with the remote. I know you can buy a key fob remote unit as an upgrade with the leer, but has anyone been able to integrate a power lock and utilize a different remote? I have called all of the dealers in my area and they have no idea.

I own a pop n lock and would like to be able to lock everything when I lock my truck. Makes everything a little more secure.
