Lol that's because it is :luvya:. The only way to make it perfect was to cut it off and start over. It's still just a little low on the passenger side but it's only 1/8" out of square now

Yup, technically it was good enough before but it would have been hard to bend tube off a crooked ass frame.

Made a little more progress. It's hot as shit so I sit in front of the fan more than I work lmao.

When I cut the thing apart I had to cut 2" more off the frame than I planned so I had to get creative to get the shackles how I wanted them

Centered the axle, set the pinion angle and whipped up some frame plates. Frame will be plated on all four sides.

This will be the plate that caps the 2x4 on the end and ties it into the frame rail

Got a little careless with where I was putting my arms... :bananadead:

Set the pinion about where it will be

Thanks man! It's killing me too lol. Been working on it every day for 3 or 4 hours for the last week and a half in 90*+ heat... If all goes well I should have it rolling again Saturday

Pulled it out of the garage finally! Wheelbase came out at 118.5". I'll pull the tires off one side and get a more accurate measurement sometime

First flex test. Pretty much the same as before but you have to keep in mind this is after I ditched around 150lbs. When I get some tube, bedsides, toolbox, and whatever else back there it should make a bigger difference. I'm also going to do ballistic joints for shackle hangers after all... lol

Can't really test flex unless it's real world experience like on the trail. Forced articulation. Looks good. I can't wait to shorten my truck up... Some day

Yeah I know what you mean but all the cool kids use fork lifts and engine hoists right? Lol. All I got left is shocks, shorten the driveshaft, and go wheeling next weekend before it goes under the knife again :spy:

You take advantage of ballistic 20% off Sale to get those joints?

How long is it going on? I still need to figure out how to order. It says you can only order by phone but I can't get a hold of anyone. What's weird though is it will let you go through and put them in your cart and start to place the order so idk
