GB: TRAC PERFORMANCE BOLT ON LED BAR BRACKETS AND 4D 50'' CURVE LED BAR

Got mine installed, still need to reposition it to get rid of all the hood glare I'm getting.

I did have to shave down the corner of the mount in order for it to fit in the channel though... stupid me didn't try test fitting them before painting. So make sure you guys test fit and make minor adjustments as needed.

Other than that super easy install

My wiring was just enough to get the plug to sit at the bottom of the windshield.

 

got mine in today and waiting for the mounts to dry so I can install tomorrow! Im interested in locks and covers for it. Any info on those?

 

I didn't even think about locks! Do such things even exist?

 

I know they make them, idk if they work on this specific light bar though. Covers would be nice too to avoid any damage and to keep a little cleaner when not in use

They make special hex bolts that require a special tool to take out. I would recommend those. I had a 30" stolen from my truck a few months ago and I noticed a guy had a 50" stolen from his roof also (both of us near SDSU). I have since filled the Allen heads with silicon and locked my 30" to my crash bar. Not losing another one! Definitely don't risk it. Even a little security might deter the average person from trying to steal it.

The Bryce fasteners are probably the best, and best looking ones out there, but they have a $100 minimum order!!! Maybe we could do a small group by for them? Hahaha

tacomonazul, look into the Bryce guys I posted the link for above, if your selling enough bars, im sure if you ordered a bunch from Bryce and offered it as an additional to the LED bar, people would jump on that

You could always just fill the hex head with silicone or jb weld for now. Definitely not fool proof, but should be enough to make a their keep walking

 

How much for just the mounts, I already have a light bar

You make nice mounts but this is not the thread for posting that. This thread is about a group buy for a light bar and mounts. Nobody here needs mounts and we don't need others coming here for your mounts and messing up the thread. Thanks.

 

Mine came in, and according to my wife (since I'm still out of country), the box was destroyed upon receipt. She's going to check it out and send me pictures to make sure everything is good. Really starting to hate USPS.

 

The box mine came in was pretty beat up as well but the bar was perfect
