There are a couple of crossfit gyms in the area, the one that I've gone to is off of 20th and Main, Revoke, (they have a short term agreement that isn't an arm and leg and have more chicks than dudes at 0500). OR!!!! Yoga at BigYoga, (Allen Parkway and Waugh~there are more dudes than chicks at the 0530 class and currently running a special 3 months for $150.00 ,) or running!! There is a gravel trail off of Heights BLVD, north to south from 20th to I-10. Memorial Park has a gravel loop, (3 miles), or any park for that matter. If you run off of Allen Parkway, you can see/smell the bats at Waugh... The only other gym I've noticed is off of Main and 24th (give or take), seems like the old school type, maybe a passcode to get in, I have no idea what the monthly happiness is about.

Guys have bigger pockets...especially suit pockets, it's like the size of the whole THIGH!

 

I want bigger pockets! would be so convenient..

 

Hence skirts with pockets...I have to check into some of those. A couple of gf's have me wanting to shop for them.

The employee are ment to do sale. Other than that, they might have to walk around and rerack the weights. But mainly sale.

By dropping weights. I was talking about dead lifts. The more weight you have on the bar, the less you want to come down with it. So once you stand up with the weight. It's best if you just drop it from there.

 

No other gym workout should be dripping weight. Beside crossfit type
