No problem!:D its really simple actually. the rails were made first(formed out of 1/8" diamond plate) with a inch that drops inside the bed of the truck. this is how they get bolted in. Once the rack built and welded to the rails, i set the whole thing into place and let it rest on the tie down rails and VERY carefully marked where the 4 rail mounting bolts would line up and drilled the holes using the (then removed) tie down rails as a template. after they're drilled, i set the rack and aluminum rails into place and bolted them to the truck. just sandwiched it between the inside of the bed and the tie down rails.
its easier than it sounds.:D I'll take a new, more detailed picture and post it up for you guys that are interested.

I think it's gonna look great with the black tool box. Be sure to post an "updated" pic w/ the tool box installed.

Thats an excellent pic. It helps a lot. It's making me NVS, thats for sure!
I just don't have any connections to people with Alum. Fabrication here.
Since I moved to Kansas, I don't have the connections like I did back home (MT).

    I second that.
For people buying a new trailer (Or even used, be picky)... Don't skimp on the second brake axle.
It's adds maybe $200 more to the price, but it's so worth it.

Looks good. No more annoying reflection from the aluminum.

This weekend I'll grab some pics of me using it to haul furniture and crap. I know more people work with their taco than this.

I just saw three white Regular Cab PreRunners being used by a local lake company that does something, I don't know what. All of them had small boats in tow. It was nice to see some Tacos being used as opposed to the usual F-250s.

I loaded up my truck with about 1600 lbs of bricks and dirt last weekend. I wasn't completely on the bump stops, but I was close.

I did that once a month during the winter getting wood pellets.... I want a trailer before next winter. Not so much for the truck, but more so that I don't have move the bags twice (pallet to truck, truck to house). Would be so much easier just dropping the pallet on the trailer. :D

wood pellets  You have to speak Southerner to me. It's 82 degrees now with 75% humidity. In the winter, I think it got down to 28 degrees once and 32 a few times. Most of the time we were well above 40 degrees.

I haul my Farmall around to local plow shows and sometimes to help friends that live too far away to just drive. I have never taken a picture, so I grabbed one tonight. The tractor is just a hair over 6,000 Lbs. and the trailer has a tare weight of 1,200 Lbs.
