Just wanted to say Thanks one more time. I have changed both sides and my truck is back to quiet. Thanks for the help and the great looking product! This was the faulty one. And just a heads up to anyone following this thread, just because the symptoms point to a specific side it DOES NOT mean it is for sure that side. it turned out to be my passenger side and I was just lucky enough to have bought two from Kevin. Almost pulled my front diff needle bearing...

    man that thing is crusty!

definitely correct on diagnosing which side is the culprit. once you get the tire off & rotate the rotor by hand you should be able to figure out which side is worn.

the passenger side bearing was smoked on my truck & I didn't even know it until I pulled the front end apart. I got it down to the hub bolted to the spindle & could smell how burnt it was. My silver truck let a hub go without any indication. Luckily I was a few miles from home and was able to limp it home.

Some people get the obvious symptoms -- me, not so much o_O

This is why buying new is a good idea. The hub flange seal surface is pitted badly. After cleaning the rust from the seal surface you can see how bad it is. This will damage the seal & let dirt/contaminants into the bearing causing premature wear and bearing failure.
