I just had one of those roll through about 3 weeks ago. I was able to get big rug on my hood before things got too out of control. One piece of hail did end up busting right through a part of our covered deck... but the truck was okay

 

I use plastic for almost everything. I get 1% back each year.

Not me. My normal credit card bill is under $20, if anything. Biggest I've had in a year was probably $500 or so and I didn't like it.

You were right. Ended up rolling through just to the south of us. Piece of mind was worth the effort though. I would have been pissed if I didn't a least try and protect it and then ended up with damage.
