I was just wondering, if you need to replace the front wheel bearings, how do you replace the bearing on this thing?

do you just buy a whole new spindle hub as an assembly if the bearing goes bad?

I notice its not a CV joint like 4wd is so ....

by the way, im asking just to learn about doing it, mine has no issues at the moment

Replace the bearing, unless you can afford the whole assembly.

You have to press out the hub then oes it the bearing. The us a nut on the hub that should be replaced because it is staked. I think it was less than 20$ from toyota. You need a special spanner to remove that but as well. You might wanna just keep a spare knuckle around for both side I'd you can find some from lkq that way you can swap it keep driving while you rebuild the other hub
