Best AUX jack for IPOD?

I want to get rid of my sirius radio and install an AUX hook-up. What is my best option? Are there any products that charge the ipod while it plays? I have seen alot of posts about the "USA SPEC PA15TOY iPod Interface", and was wondering if it charges?

 

It charges my iphone 3g while playing on my stereo. I imagine it'd do the same for the ipods. I haven't had any probs with mine yet.

Have the USA Spec. It charges during playback and will charge for about an hour after shutoff. It put the Ipod into sleep mode.

 

Does the grom audio device allow you to use the ipod itself to control the music, or do you have to use the stereo controls?

I ordered my USA SPEC. It should be here shortly. Whats the best way to run the cable? I will mostly be using my iPhone so easy access and visibility would be nice.

Honestly, just run it where you want it to go. That's why no one has answered. They can't tell you where to put your ipod.

 

But they can. They have done it and know what works. I just want options thats all.
