I went to GNC yday (don't rag me too bad) bc their price was a little cheaper than BB.com or muscleandstrength.com with shipping so I read some different reviews on a lot of different proteins. I've always bought ON for the most part. The time before yesterday I bought some Dymatize Elite XT b/c it was cheap. It didn't get all that great of reviews on bb.com but I tried it anyway. Yesterday I bought BPI Whey HD in the chocolate cookie. I just had my first serving out of it and its NOT great at all. Even though it has 2 g of sugar it still tastes a little sweet and once shaken in a blender bottle it has a frothy taste to it. One good thing I can say since I bought it at GNC I believe I can take it back opened since I don't like it. I think thats what I remember someone saying, I'm gonna find out when I call. Only other one I was thinking about trying was Syntha 6. I was hoping they had the ON in mocha cappaccino but all they had was chocolate or strawberry. Lesson learned as to stay with good reviewed protein. Oh geez I might be in the running with most typed with Zach. jk man

Pretty sure I've got a distinct taper there. So let's stick the question of the lower back, center, by the spine.

I didn't list my favorite lower back exercises...I thought you were talking about upper & middle :D

deadlifts, deficit deadlifts, weighted hyper extensions, flat bench hyper extensions, supermans, rack pulls, stiff-leg barbell good-mornings.

You do, just not when you're pulling your shoulders back like in the first pic. Adipose distribution? Most people don't lost the fat in that spot unless they're very close to contest time and they're at like 3% and you can see the Christmas tree.

Yep, 30 day return/exchange. Just bring in the product and your receipt. If there's a flavor you want but they dont have they can have it shipped to your house for no extra charge, 2-5 business days.

222 but apparently "don't look it"... lol. I guess Id rather look smaller and lift big weight than look all jacked up and weak

you got me by about 40# or so on squat, bench is about the same depending on the day, and I got you by a bit on dl so on average about the same lol

my goal weight is 220ish, but knowing my eating habit and how i hold weight, chances of that happening is slim.

Eric, your chance of weighing 220 is about the same as my chance of passing you in lifting numbers - impossible without some of dat dere cell tech ya know what m' sayin'? I did hit a 465 deadlift and then I pulled a 475 right after!!! 20# PR since since this april. GAINSS

Time for another edition of Zach's Daily Ramblings:

Down to 182 this morning. 11 more lbs and I should be in single digits (if I did my math right):

    - At 182 lbs and a guesstimated 14% bodyfat, my lean body mass is 157 lbs (that's bones, organs, muscle, etc...everything but fat), so I'm carrying 25 lbs of fat right now (according to this calculator)

    - 9% of 157 lbs is 14 lbs

    - 157 lbs + 14 lbs = 171 lbs (add that 9% of bodyfat (14 lbs) to my LBM of 157 lbs and that gives me my bodyweight @ 9% bodyfat)

    - So, at my rate of 1 lb per week, I should be in single-digits in 11 weeks...and my wedding is in 12 weeks...this plan might be stupid enough to work

Now, I know that not all of that 1 lb per week I lose is 100% fat. I know some of it is water weight and very little of it is muscle (thanks to me eating a high-protein diet and maintaining a safe caloric deficit of around 400 calories per day). I'd like to believe that majority of the 1 lb per week I'm losing is fat, though. Don't rain on my parade, assholes.
