That's at 15.75ish inches. What's bad is, at 209 in Dec, My arms were 16.25" and they look bigger now thanks to the fat-loss. I was MUCH stronger 6 months ago, but I'm much leaner now...trade-offs lol

Jk...no, I'm all about aesthetics, but I don't have the desire or the discipline to compete.

That's exactly why I'm asking...I'm 206 and my arms 16-16.5" depending on when I measure (so let's call it 16.25) and your arms definitely look bigger than mine. I do it (actually did it today), but I'm one of those rare people who hates training arms.

    What competition is that?

This is in the Summer of 2013...I'm pretty sure I was around 200-205. Strong, but soft.

My goal right now is to get to a low bodyfat percentage (8-10%) and then bulk at around a 300-400 calories surplus to just continuously and slowly gain lean mass with minimal fat gains. My days of bulking recklessly are over.

im competing in a march bodybuilding show here in Phoenix. I will be doing physique. Im going for my Pro card finally.
I was stuck at 170 for 5 years and then lucky me started dating a nutrition coach and she got me into flex dieting, counting my macros and in 7 months i have put on 24 pounds natural. Once i hit 200 we will cut me down for 4-5 months to the 168-175 range.

That's what I've noticed. 90% of the dudes in my gym are only worried about size and they look like shit (I used to be that way). I'd rather be a ripped up 175 than a strong and soft 210. My fiancee is the one who put in to perspective for me: she said that she (and most other girls) don't care what a dude's bench press max is. Put a male model beside a strong man competitor and see who they're going to be drooling over. Now, I don't give a shit what other girls think of me, but, in my fiancee's case, she thinks I look like shit when I am strong and in the 15-20% body fat range, so my goals have changed in order to get lean at the cost of losing my hard-earned strength. After I get lean, the strength will come back, just a little slower

Haha, I'm sure having your own personal nurtition coach helps. Good luck!

I totally get that. I'd love to be leaner but as I've posted before I quit my cut after about 2 weeks haha. So...I guess I don't care that much right now. As long as my weight stays the same (which it has for the last 3 mos) and I keep getting stronger, I'm just going to keep doing what I'm doing because its working. I know that will stall out eventually and I'll reassess my priorities.

I'm in the same range for my macros but with fewer carbs. I'm just maintaining, not bulking, though.

Everyone's posting pics today. I'll have to get one up. Don't have any right now.

I was notorious for flip-flopping between bulking and cutting for the past few years (just ask @BabyTaco; he was the main one to make fun of me when I did it) After 3-4 years of 4-8 week cuts, I decided to do it for real this go around. I was 209 in December and I'm 182 now; it sucks losing only a pound a week because it takes forever to reach your goal, but you save a lot of muscle doing it that way. Sure I could get to single digit body fat percentages much faster, but I'm not willing to burn all my hard-earned muscle to do so. I've lost 27 lbs in 26 weeks, which is is about as accurate as I can possibly do it. In September when I reach my goal, It'll be 9 months of cutting, which is about 7 months longer than I've ever done haha. The benefit is (hopefully) never having to cut again.

Workin on dropping some BF for summer. I haven't lost much of (what little) size I had. Still lifting as heavy as possible while trying to cut fat that way I don't lose as much muscle. Strength has gone down a little, but not as much as expected yet. I was able to rep 265 for 4 on bench a couple weeks ago. It was a struggle. I barely got 275 for 2. I was doing 275 for an easy 4
