Using the pressurized scepter can on my last trip just wasn't ideal as an outdoor shower. So I decided to start working on a designated out door shower :spy:

It's my favorite local place to get away. Was just there with my fiancé for sunset.

How are you liking that ARB awning Chux? Does it hold up well in the wind?

Really diggin it! And does very well in the wind. Haven't needed to anchor the legs down yet. Interested to see how it does in the rain. With the legs not extended it would make a great quick shelter from a down pour. I tried that setup today to see if it would deflect any wind but it was blowing SW so it wasn't much different.

Sweet, I'm looking into some type of awning setup for the Taco to provide some cover with the windoor. Looks like the ARB may be a good one to hang on the PrInSu rack. I guess I'll have to do some thinking...

^^ Truth. I went arb cuz threw my search I found a great deal on it, and it sat for months before going on the truck. I wanted to wait till my safari basket was made, it's the tallest point on the truck which will allow for the most head room under the awning. It took a while but now that everything is in place it's perfect!

Just upgraded the camp sleep arrangements. Now that the lady wants to camp more often the manual inflat mat wasn't goin to cut it. I have an Alps Mountaineering tent that has been good to me so I figured I'd pair it with an Alps air bed.

If I remember right they're almost identical designs and basically they stick and emblem on the bag and out the door it goes; eh?
