    So where is the turnoff for the meet? From the pic I can't see the bridge or any other landmarks.

    I might just ride out there since I will end up in the pre-runner graveyard anyway.

    If you're coming from the Galveston side, there'll be a little ramp to your left that will turn down to the beach. Follow that down to the ocean side.

    That helps, but I would be coming from the bridge side (nicer drive).

    edit.... nevermind, I see it now, Google maps is your friend. Access road is right after the turnaround under the bridge.

    Then you pay the toll. Then go to the end of the bridge and make a right. There you should see the graveyard.


    I think we still need to have a prerunner race!
