That's the shitty part about cutting. I got 315 1 and 1/2 times and was on my way to getting it twice when it came time to cut...Now, I'd be surprised if I could get 300 :anonymous:

I used to eat around 1.5g/lb, but I've noticed no difference at all at 1g/lb, besides the money savings lol. Not that there's anything wrong with a high protein diet! Love my meats!

Dude, I'm with you. I eat more carbs than you but I have to make a point to do it. I just gravitate towards protein and fat. My protein/carb intake is pretty much gram for gram.

    Unknow
    Many
Since we are talking about cutting weight, reducing etc.

At this point i have managed to loose 15# from my peak performance weight. I have till date not lost a single # on my 1rm but has taken me about 3 months to do this and have done the last month without any supplements.

The biggest impact i have noticed from Zero supplements/ lighter weight is the ease of everything. The atlas stones, sled, farmer walks and a few other challenges are a little harder and feels like it requires more effort. The same goes with over head strict press. I was able to get 265x1 but now my 1rm has dropped as well as my rep range on 225. I was at 7 reps but now down to 4

ON working sets for flat bench, i find the same. My 1rm hasn't changed but my previous ratio of loosing 2 reps per 20# has changed. I.e 225x28, 315x10-12 for flat, 335x8....355x6, 375x4, 395x2, 415x1... is now 225x 19,315x8 for flat, 335x5....355x4, 375x2, 395x1, 415x1.

the only one that has no changed is DL and squat

First day back in the gym. Worked then worked out completely fasted. (No carb loading for me) Got away from my normal split and did full body to hit all my muscles since it's been around a month.

    Hovering at 195ish.

Some burger joint called atomic burger. Not sure if it's a local thing or if they're a chain.
