Correction: it's called the triple bypass burger. This is from their website:

TRIPLE CORONARY BYPASS™ (aka THE SUPER-STACK)

It becomes difficult to even describe this, the most preposterous of our Bypass Burgers. It’s sort of a Coronary Bypass surrounded by a Double Coronary Bypass. Sort of. We guess all you really need to know is that we use three burger patties, three fried eggs, fourteen slices of American cheese, and ten slices of bacon, all packed between two grilled cheese sandwiches. Figuring out how to add condiments is completely up to you. It’s served in a big bowl of french fries and tater tots covered, in lots of our Cheesy-Cheese Goo. Enjoy!

I had a full cheat day yesterday and it was nice....not so nice this morning when I got on the scale.

footlong buffalo chicken sandwich from Subway
    12 Pizza rolls
    2 fish tacos
    6 Shock Top Lemon Shandy's
    protein shake
    2 ice creams
    chocolate milk
I ALLLLMOST got a pepperoni pizza to top it all off, but I was too lazy to go get one.

    Gained 2 lbs :anonymous:

    Nice work. Almost there.

I never weigh myself on Mondays. I'm always 2-3 lbs heavier if I've done any drinking over the weekend. I think its all water retention weight. I wouldn't worry about it. Give it a day or two.

I went camping/shooting by myself this weekend. As such, my food packing was minimal. I pretty much ate pb&j, a few chicken breasts, canned veggies, and eggs. Not too bad...the beer probably wasn't helpful, though

Yeah, I usually get back to normal by Wednesday after a weekend of drinking and eating bad. We went out to eat Saturday and I ate great (grilled salmon and steamed broccoli). What got me was the 2 Jack & Coke's, long island, and 6-7 Bud Light's lol

Yea I'm usually lightest on friday after a week of eating decent and working out. Weekends I usually piss it all away with less than ideal food and booze.

This weekend was different though, didn't go out because I spent most of it hanging out with this little guy. Meet Deacon:wave:

Yea he's gunna be a big guy. Hopefully he pans out as a good waterfowl dog. One of his granddads was a master hunter and won a bunch of competitions so he's got it in him at least.

Waiting for him to get a little older and take him on some light trail runs and hiking.

I'm sure he will take to it just fine. Training is the key to it all. Murphy had that instinct immediately. If anything was in the air he was watching it. Crazy to see a dog look in the sky and watch a plane or a bird.

Edit- I should mention that it took Murphy a good 6 months before he would walk more than 10 minutes and well over a year before he would swim. Now I cant keep him out of the water and if he sees my running/hiking/biking shoes he goes crazy.
