    i don't like long hour jobs. overtime sucks and isn't worth it. i try not to do overtime if i can. my thinking is, you may make a lot of money but you don't ever have time to enjoy it and theres no fun in that

    Salary kinda blows. Consistent pay check and try to do the least amount work possible. No overtime. Work longer means you are making less

    Doesn't work that way with us. We can apply vacation time or sick time to full days missed. If its anything less than 4 hours, they let it slide to a certain degree. But the salary people that work out in the field in my company can miss a day and not report it but still claim they were out in the field. Kinda hard to track that if you aren't micro managing.
