made some progress filling and shaping this some more. I hope to have it ready for paint by Monday but that's pretty unlikely since I have to help the GF move this weekend.

Finished up and mounted my thin lip grill. I may make an attempt at a deep dish one one of these days since I have an extra inner laying around. Still needs some paint to touch up the black part though

Ride is quite nice, not as stiff as I thought it would be. I have Bilstein 5100's with front set @ 1.75", (will probably add 886 coils & set 5100's to 0 if I decide I don't like the renewed Rake from the added rear height. (bought the 5100 when I got the truck, then couple months later when I was hauling something I noticed the leafs were collapsed. In case your wondering why the 886/5100's instead of 886/OME N140 struts). I was told I didn't need the Drive shaft carrier drop kit but discovered I do cause I feel a shudder at start off. regardless of what some say I would recommend it so you don't find yourself ordering after the fact as I am now doing. Like I had imagined the OME lift would have rode when I put it on. No more jarring when you go over bumps. Rides great now. Little body roll on hard maneuvers but not bad with the 885's. I'm sure it will be better with 886's when I get them on.

what type of stock are you using? I want to make skids for my Taco. I have already bent the "look pretty" aluminum front skid the truck came with.

I don't rock crawl, most of my off-roading will consist of driving to and from hunting areas, so I'm mostly concerned about running over a fallen tree or something and having it puncture the tank... So I'm using 12 gauge (just under 1/8 inch) cold rolled steel

Looks good, curious if you did UCA's as well and how the alignment turned out if not. Guessing you did not do the full 3" spacers?

I'm putting OME with 884's on my 14 AC Sport, ordered some all pro UCA's just in case.

Did you do any shims, or CB drop? Vibrations?

Keepin8g on topic, did some depo tail lights and think tomorrow since it is finally a dry day I'm going to swap out the rest of my lights and do the lower grillcraft grill.

    Yes.
I have a light racing UCA, but didn't install it yet. No CB drop, so far if there are vibrations they're minor. I'm going to install the UCAs this next week, and will then take it for an alignment. So far the truck tracks straight down the highway if I let go of the wheel, so it's got to be close.

    What are "full 3" spacers?"

what about if you have a winch? I have the hidden HWMS/Warn8000 and was thinking about these, should I go with 885's instead?

It takes less then 10 minutes to get the cluster out. There are the two screws or push pins right above the gauges and I took one bolt out of the lower piece to give me some flexibility. Then you just pull the plastic piece out, disconnect the buttons and it's free.

Lol yea I noticed that. It was right when I first put it together. I might have pushed it when I pulled it out of the spot to put the face back on. Gonna go fix it right now.

theres a "stop" on each needle you need to find it, sometimes if you move the cluster alot when working on it, the needles pins then to move lol

Yea, it was set at the stop. I think I pushed it past the stop. Because it was dead on in my test run, I even adjusted it for my tires and double checked it against my gps.

10mm(I believe) thick spacers that go on top of the coil over to add an additional 1/2" of lift for the full 3".

I have them, but I ordered my coilovers prebuilt and they forgot to add the spacers in my kit so they didn't install the longer studs in the top. I'll probably forgo installing them until I figure out vibration issues and cv angles if they arise.

    ah gotcha,

wait how did you "adjust" it for tires? you cant just move the needle lol...theres a thing you plug in to the cluster that they sell...
mines off by 6 mph at 70 according to my gps because of my 315s
