mine isn't quite stock. i have a bit of lift but nothing to protect my body or my underside. that red clay is REALLY slick.

like i said, i'll be tehre but i wont let anyone pressure me into taking my one and only vehicle out in bad condition. that clay is slicker than ice. if its wet i'll ride along or hold down the camp if there isn't room. wheeling in optimum conditions is a calculated risk. wheeling in wet clay is just asking for damage

im not sure, but im guessing the closest thing with alotta good stuff is the outpost,or the store just before there. troy probably has the definite grocery store.

 

cool. what you planning on getting?? on friday, i plan on browning some deer sausage, and mixing with alot of different beans for a type of campfire chili we make alot, which is pretty damn good.

 

sounds like a plan to me. when i make the chili, there should be enough for whoever wants any of it.

btw..............anyone think they'd like some fried catfish while we are there?? i have quite a few filets that i can bring if some of ya'll would wanna eat some.

 

well, i may go ahead and bring a few filets and the normal veggie oil and we'll have us a mini fish fry!

 

ugh....i dont wanna hear it! i gotta get thru thursday!! and after work thursday, im putting my skids back on and changing my oil, and checking the truck over good. friday morning, im swapping out to my mt tires/steelies. im gonna be ready for a kickass wknd..................and we close on the "new" house next wednesday!!


just went and bought a new tow/yank strap from northern tool too.

 

im just going to be bringing a bunch of canned food. spagettios and whatnot, for the same reason you want to buy everything down there...no chilling needed!
