They have bedliner with satin black on top of it just to keep the bedliner from fading as much. Dry bedliner wouldn't get you dirty? At least it never has for me in the past

    What he said ^

Rustoleum spray on bed liner? It's the easiest way to touch up.

Just a silly question, but why bed line or powder coat sliders? If you actually use them in the rocks, then it's ruined. I used Rustoleum Hammered black paint. If you scratch it on a rock, paint over the chip, and you never know it was there. Cheap and easy.

Because from what I've seen, most "off road" vehicles around here are for show.

Isn't it the other way around? Better to bed line than powder coat of you actually use them. I used spray on bed liner cans are like $6 :notsure:

Just look at the build thread
Painting sliders is for queers. Run that shit au naturale. Maybe a touch of primer here and there.

I coated mine with Rustoleum bed liner and satin black. I wanted them to have just a little hit of texture, and still be easily touchupable

I've got a set on order, and trying to decide what to paint them with. I'm thinking just hit it with a scotch brite pad and then primer, then flat black so it can be touched up.

Now how do I go about doing the pinch weld mod? I searched it and found some info on it but I need a few more details. Can I use a grinder and cut it? Do I hammer the heck out of it? Should I do it now or when I get the wheels and tires? The more info the better as I am new to the whole cutting stuff off of my truck and i want to do it right. I will be doing mild wheeling if that matters.
