That's highway robbery right there with those prices for a SR5??? and TRD Sport??? I can get a SR5 DCLB for $24k= 4x2, $27k= 4x4. TRD Sport DCLB: $27K= 4x2, $30k= 4x4 from several of my local stealerships.

BTW to OP, I'm waiting for a 2017/2018 when they bring the Tacoma Pro or something

 

I hope they will eventually make regular cabs again. At this rate, my truck will hit over 100K next year. By the time it hits around 160K it will be around 2017-2018, i think i will sell it and get a 3rd gen unless its riddled with problems.

Or I can get a dodge Ram regular cab with V8 :]

I'm not sure it'll be the fall or the spring. My truck was recently flagged for a new frame. I could try to bargain the dealership for a better price on a 16 BEFORE the frames come in (but I'd be stuck with my local not-so-favorite dealer). Or wait until spring and/or after the frame swap. I'm open to any dealer who's willing to sell me a 16 at the best price!! (and we will shop around)

I'm thinking more like the spring.... Seeing some feedback from this forum would be useful.
