I have a couple of Pflueger combos and haven't had any issues. I like the reels alot, John when you grab a reel check for backlash, you don't want any or Atleast very little. While reeling try to reel backwards, it shouldn't have any play. Think about a ring and pinion cause that is what it is basically.

 

I was saying, with a good lift, you should be able to take corners like you could before the lift. Having a manual just makes it more fun.

I believe the vehicle she had prior was manual, so all in all that's 12-14 yrs of it..unless you count a week she had to drive my auto-shift car because her back was messed up. Every time she'd use the clutch you would see tears down her face.

Good Lord that sucks. I dislocated my right shoulder a few years back and all I had was my civic si. I had to shift with my left arm because my boyfriend at the time was a jack ass and wouldn't switch cars with me

Back issues for around 20 years now. At that time I wasn't allowed to drive anyway but had that been the case I'd have either driven her around or just let her take my car and get the train to work.

 

Twenty years?? No surgery?

 

She refuses to do surgery unless she is in a wheelchair. The L1 and the L5 are degenerating, and the only surgery that will really give a good shot of improvement is disc replacement. Fortunately, she started seeing a chiropractor 11 yrs ago and it helps so much. She used to miss a week of work 1-2 times a year, now it's 3 days in the past 11 yrs.

 

That's good she's been able to get help. I've only injured my back a couple times and could hardly work. Don't know how she'd do it

 

Now imagine not being able to get out of bed in less than 10 minutes without help..yeah it's a bitch. If it happens again trust me this guy we use is a godsend

 

Same guy fixed my arm a few years ago..pinched nerve in my neck and it went down my arm. I couldn't even pick my arm up to throw a dart without screaming, much less the throwing motion. Saw him about 6 times and like brand new.

is there anywhere that buys stock cats around NH/NE? just put on URD spec u exhaust and have 2 that were eliminated.

 

I love that root beer...can only drink a few of them as it does get very sweet...usually a few beers and then a root beer beer

 

Just finished one of those. It's pretty good. Don't think I'd want to drink a whole 6 pack at a time though.

 

It always throws me when you guys quote something from 3-4 weeks ago. Especially if I haven't logged on for a few pages and I did a quick skim to catch up. I'm always like "huh? I missed that part of the conversation...."
