What radius die do you use? Our what would you recommend for the headlight guards. I'm thinking a 5.5" radius die would be a good all around size.

Mine is a 6.5" radius. 5.5" would be good all around as well!

Good luck with rehab ... I'm guessing that's not your first surgery on that knee ? My last one my left knee didn't help at all but it was just a cut and clean out of meniscus.

Just bought some new Bosch Icon wipers for the new windshield that was installed.

The Bosch Icons are pretty good wipers. I currently have the Trico Onyx wipers, which I like more than the Icons.

I have searched high and low on this forum as well as google and cannot find my answer: After completing the install when I drive it, I feel a "start off" shudder in the rear I didn't feel before, it smooths out from what I can tell once moving, I have not got on the highway yet because I am worried something may be wrong and just want to confirm (plus I haven't really had to go anywhere that required Highway driving). Is this "shudder" the vibration everyone talks about when saying they need to install the carrier drop kit? (i know, you can't diagnose what I am telling you without physically feeling it). All I know is it didn't do this before the OME leaf install.

    not
not since the Dakar install, but I just checked and lubed them 2 months ago and they were fine with no signs of wear or damage. , it feels like somewhere there is resistance, sort of how a locker rear end feels if locked in and doing a UTurn on pavement where the inside tire is slipping compared to the outside tire.
I just don't know where to look and what to look for. one thing I was worried about what how tight the EBreak line was after the install, but after calling the offroad shop here I was told what I did was enough to resolve any issues. argh I hate it when this crap starts after something so simple as leaf replacement

could it be axle wrap I am feeling? and if so what causes that/fixes it? leafs are seated properly, bolts Torqued to specks and all leaf bolts torqued to specs.

^Do you have a GoPro or other video camera? Mount it under truck to film the axle U-joint. This way you can see if the axle is wrapping or if the driveline is jerky.

I had my 8,842 mile service done, and ordered a cruise control cover from the dealer. Grand total $4.77.
