nice little air compressor for 63 bucks. Plan on using it for emergencies only. Also bought a tire plug kit. I gave the compressor a test run and found a storage bag for it so I could store it behind my seat in my access cab.

Same same and same. Although not solely for emergencies - I think she's built tough enough for regular use.

    Oh, for the inline fuse.

    Not a bad idea.

My bro got me a similar one from Costo a few years ago (Q Industries). I use it to air back up when I go to the dez. It gets very hot after a couple of minutes - watch where you put your fingers!

I used one of those Q industries models with the dual compressors for 10 years to air up my tires, and my buddies, after an outings. Always got crazy hot, but kept going like the energizer bunny. Finally started vibrating itself apart and I had to get something more respectable. Good bang for the buck.

I am looking to buy a new Air Compressor to live in my truck. One ill most likely be using solely for airing back up after outings. Does anyone have some good recommendations? under $200, doesnt heat up to much after short use (im in AZ it currently 110F), no maintenance, long hose!

The 88p heats up but id assume they all would.

I aired back up to 36 from 20 all around in about 10-15 mins. Packed up and on the road.

Hose is long and made well.

    Bought locally they're around 65$
