It was last night but I mounted my CVT 79" awning. Once I get my plate bumper I will relocated the antenna so I can move it back a bit.

I've been wanting an awning. It looks like you had to fab to fit it on the end of your bars. One would think they had thought of this mounting option and would have a bracket available.

good luck trying to replace a bulb behind the radio controls. I didn't even bother with it, my gf had a g6 convertible and it was a pain in the ass to work on yourself. glad she traded it in and got a jetta. @replica9000

Point taken. I can see why you're a little bitter.

    Enjoy your new truck!

Maybe I just have thicker skin, have come to expect Sarcasm from the internet, or enjoy the sarcasm.... or all 3....

But everyone here has been helpful and nice to me...

I don't even have a truck and I've found it helpful and insightful. YMMV I guess, enjoy the new truck.

If I came to a Toyota forum to put down Toyotas, I wouldn't be expecting a great experience.

If you feel your Tacoma didn't need service, tell the dealership you'll wait. Or DIY if you can to save cash. Enjoy your Ford.

When you did this, did you do it in your garage or outside? Do you need to sorry about over spray on the truck in a confined garage? I so need to do it just worried about the over spray.

They come with two stainless steel mounting brackets. There are bolt holes or you can use worm-clamps but I didn't really care for those options so I just made my own.

Finally had a nice day out so I decided to mount a fishing rod/flag pole holder in the back. For anyone who's curious, they're 1/2"x3" carriage bolts. They fit in the bed rails surprisingly well.

That looks good! You'll have to forgive my ignorance but do the roads still get salted during winter back east?

Think I figured out why my add-a-fuse kept blowing, so I finished up my rocker switch install.

I think the 2011 and up are black but a lot of people are painting them as well.
