Traded the 2015 TRD Pro 6spd Supercharged on a PowerWagon and could not be happier. My 2011 Tacoma with the TX Baja package (Added by me) is still treating me great. My 1985 Toyota never skips a beat.
    Now that is completely understandable!

    Back problems make everything suck.

I don't know if you tow or not, but I put Firestone Ride Rite air bags on my PRO and I ride with 20 psi in it and it sits level.

    Regarding the BAJA rear shocks.......

I know some of us have talked briefly about them and their rust/oxidation issues of the lines. So........I just cleaned mine up by taking a soft sanding pad and WD40. I got all the oxidation off the connectors and stems. Once cleaned I then sprayed them with Fluid Film. This should keep them completely clean and rust free. I'll hit them again with this product in the fall when the real test comes....salt and snow of our Chicago winters.

Finished up the rear suspension. Wheelers 5 leaf HD, All-Pro u-bolt flip kit w/Timbren bump stops, TX Baja rear Bilstein's installed with new hardware, adjusted the rear brakes. For the Baja and Trd Pro owners, the rear leafs are about 1.75 lift and the shocks have plenty of travel. No vibrations (thank you Jesus). Next few weeks I'll work on the front.

Thanks to everyone that helped out with the info.

Thanks man! I have a Platinum Tundra that I tow with now and I kind of lost interest in the Tacoma. This project has really restored my interest in the Tacoma. I can turn wrenches, but I've learned a lot on TW and tackled this rebuild myself.

That's awesome! I'm mechanically inclined and can turn a wrench myself. I just don't have much experience. I can do small stuff but anything with any technicality I always get help. I guess I just don't have the balls to try shit out on my truck by myself.

When I removed the old one and put it along side of the new leaf, the arch was more or less the same. The OEM was 3 leaf, the new are 5 leaf. I only have 53k miles on my truck. I could've kept the old leafs, but I wanted to maintain a rake w/o using blocks.

Very nice...I'll play along. My Baja towing home my new (to me) bike last month. I was very pleased with the truck's performance even though the gas mileage suffered a bit.

Gas mileage sucked. Won't lie. Wish this truck had a tow mode.

    Getting there.

This thing is getting cramped for space and I still have the radar system etc to make a home for up here20150628_120931.jpg20150628_132634.jpg20150628_120919.jpg20150628_132444.jpg20150628_132601.jpg

You're Baja looks AMAZING with that extra bit of lift on! Any issues with CV joint angles or alignment? I'm assuming from your profile you have stock UCA's?
