    Same here. I've been talking to Jake for a week or two and I should be picking up my goodies in a few days. Lucky for me, he has will-call in Pasadena (FYI anyone in the greater LA area!), so I'll be picking up in person.
    Maybe his customer service is that good that he drove it over himself while you were at work? He' a ninja...
