So, I've emailed about 10 breweries with the request. Let's hope someone out there can accommodate us and replies.

    Lol...check out "Tacomas kick ass!"

    "Hi Sean,
Unfortunately we do not do private tours at the moment (crossing our fingers for private tours at the future brewery) but we do have public tours that happen every hour that are on a first come first serve basis. For more information see (http://greatdivide.com/tap-room/tours/). Also, the current taproom does not have a restaurant which may create some difficulty for your meet and greet. Hopefully you can find a different venue that can accommodate your needs!

On another note, sweet idea-- Tacomas kick ass!"

    "Sean,

We have tours open to the public (also good for groups such as yours) every 2nd and 4thSaturday of the month. July’s tour will be the Saturday before your requested tour, on July 11 from 1-5 PM. If you are interested in joining this tour, please let me know so we can anticipate your group. The cost of a tour is $5 and includes a pint glass and two beers. You are welcome to visit our taproom on Sunday, July 12. Our hours are 12-9 PM. Unfortunately we will not be prepared to offer a tour at this time."

I didnt think the plan was to do a tour? Plus don't bother with any of the breweries that don't support offroading. They don't need our business. Great divide being one of them.

What about like lodos? Could we reserve the roof top?

What jace said, it pains me to not go to new Belgium any more. But I will not give a company money that supports the shutting down of things I like to enjoy.

Odell's has a couple bands on that date. Music starts at 2:00, taproom opens at 11:00 Parking for well over 40 vehicles, if we get there early, and indoor/outdoor seating. Just throwing that out there. However I don't think they serve food. And it's way up here in the North.

Let me do some additional digging around. I highly doubt Lodos will reserve a rooftop for us.

    Thoughts? Copper Kettle

    "Hi Sean,

We would love to have your group. We are usually fairly busy on Sundays but we have lots of seating on the patio and could also set up some tables in the back near the actual brewhouse.

We could definitely do a tour as well although if you have 30 people I would suggest splitting up into two groups as our facility is fairly small.

The food truck is The Wing Wagon Grill and will be set up by 2pm that day and serves grilled wings, riblets, burgers and fries.

You upcoming event post says Breckenridge. Are you planning on making stops at more than one brewery. We would be happy to have you!

    Let me know!"
