Also said it was when he was steering all the way. My vote is you are rubbing the cab.

Could be cab mount, LCA, UCA or sway bar.

Just had to shave a bit of front mud flaps and tires not touching anymore.

When you are turning there is force pushing on the suspension causing it to move and rub where it wouldn't sitting still. I had to remove my front mud flaps with 285's.

I'm thinking the strut assembly may be moving and causing those bolts with the spacers to hit something or just not a solid connection between the spacer and the strut.

I could not see 285's on my taco. I have 265 70 17 and barely able to fit my finger between the tire and suspension assembly

You talking about between the tire and the upper control arm?

That would make a lot of sense if it would make noise when stopped and turning wheels....... mine does it only if i roll slow speeds(parking...)

I didn't hear mine either when stopped. I had rubbing on lower control arm and sway bar. After my last alignment I started rubbing on the sway bar. I'm also running stock TRD wheels. I have the wheel spacers to put on but need to do the cab mount chop first or I will rub it with them on. I removed my sway bar so I don't have to worry about the rubbing on it anymore (don't do this with stock coils).

Thanks. I will ask a friend to come and drive my truck for a bit or suspend the front and find where the noise comes from. I was just hopping to find somebody with this problem and maybe a solution..... Helps having some ideas of what to look for....I chose the easy (lazy) way out.

    Thank to all of you.

take off the sway bar and drive through a parking lot and see if you hear it. if its still there then that eliminates one thing from the equation. tighten up everything again, use a torque wrench. get someone to turn the wheel for you and look up under until you hear it. thats your best bet to figure this out without replacing parts you may not need to.
