So far I've added an Advance folding bed cover and since removed it. Gave it to my son in Maine, he has an 05 2wd. GT perfect fit seat covers. Weathertech floor mats and window vent visors. Waag center brush/grill guard. Hose clamp tailgate mod. Turned off the seat belt chime. Added Ultra-Gauge. Trailer hitch. Softopper. Replaced sun visors with slide out style. Toyota bed extender. Had Firestone Destinations and now Michelin LTX AT2 in stock size. More mods to come; Fog lights, locking storage in bed, intermittent wipers. Now looking for Radio/HU upgrade. and maybe a lift way down the road.
What did you use on that soft top ?

How are you going to wire this? It's on my list too. I was thinking about running lights to a 6 position fuse block and then running the fuse block to a switch. Is this even a good idea....?

You can daisy chain all of those lights together and run them off of one relay/switch combo.

I mocked it up how I wanted it with a piece of cardboard and a level and protractor, then the local shop where I bought the steel bent it to my specs... $70 all said and done and they left the steel uncut so I have an extra piece that's about 3 feet long that I'm sure I'll find a use for (maybe a diff skid)

Grill arrived a day early, but it seems in their haste to get it to me a day early, managed to dislodge the TOYOTA emblem.

-- suspect the fact I went with the small hex mesh which has very little horizontal surface area may have had something to do with it too. Will have to make a run to wally-world this evening for some 2-part epoxy unless I can locate the tube I had around here.

... and now back good as new

    20150629_183013_4a636416a6ccc6f1ddfb9d26ce568ce30ec3806b.jpg

    - ran a thick bead of Goop (shoe goo actually) along the back, should provide a bunch more surface area for keeping the emblem in place.

Yeah its bad. Literally a wall of seaweed along the entire beach last time I went. Smelled way worse than a beach should. Port A and South Padre blow it out of the water. The extra 3 hours to Port A is definitely worth the drive from Houston

This is exactly what I was going to do but I also have some quick connect wire connectors that I plan on using on each one in case one shorts out, doesn't work or gets bashed on a rock. I don't care to spend too much on lighting but I always like to have a quick connect in the event that the cheap product goes bad; its easy/cheap to replace.

I ordered these a while back specifically for this project but like all of you, it just sat in my cart for a while.

I also ordered a set of 6 of these (2 on each side of my basket and 2 in the back).
