How much of the fender liner needs to be trimmed? I'm waiting for my bumper at the powder coaters

You'll know when you get it. Mount the bumper then trim from there.

I didn't trim the liners for the front or rear. Just tucked them up and zip tied them.

That's exactly what I (Tyler actually) did when we installed mine. Protects everything perfectly!! Then I upgraded my tars and the liners came completely off. Pretty sure they are still in some dark corner of my garage though...

Decided to put one more coat of "Speedliner" on the sliders before mounting them. Back when I was painting on my days off we bought into a company called Speedliner (essentially Rhino liner) but the main difference with this is you can either spray out of a hopper gun or a HVLP. I like the option of using a HVLP since it allows me to control the texture of the liner. I don't like Rhino Liner texture and prefer a smother finish that still has some grip to it. This is how it turns out.

No... I'm still able to buy the product. It comes in gallon cans that are filled up to about 3/4 full. You then add the activator and any color you like. You can actually go to Sherwin Williams etc... and buy the color you want and add it to the mix. After you add the activator you have approx one hour to spray. I've got a compressor and HVLP gun in my garage so I just shot them in there. It's actually pretty thick but with a light texture.

Next time I spray something I'll post up a write up. I've ordered a set of 8" Relentless Fab bars for my bed for a RTT. I'm going to do them the same way. I will say this. Don't buy a cheap HVLP gun.

EDIT: I've never had much luck with the rattle can stuff. Used it before but it doesn't seem to hold up well at all. As the old saying goes... you get what you pay for.

Question bout the front bumper, how off is it to use stock fog lights? Are the stock to small or too big? Has anyone retrofitted them to work?? Thanx.
