I got the 66x66 because it will work with the 65x65 also. Mine is drilled out with two sets of holes. I haven't put mine on yet, I probably will today.

I thought I read that the 65x65 works on both, not the 66x66?

    Here's my proof, copied from 4 crawler's site. :D
If you are not sure of your measurements, (it can be difficult to get accurate measurements in the confined space of the installed drive shaft), you can use the 65mm x 65mm x 10mm spacer with the 66mm x 66mm x 11mm flange. How can this be? Well, the holes in the spacer are drilled about 0.5mm oversized as are the holes in the factory flanges. The difference between the 65mm and 66mm bolt patterns are 0.5mm wider on each half, so with the bolt hole sizes, there is enough overlap to fit a 10mm bolt through all the holes. The reverse is not true, however. That is if you actually have a flange with 10mm bolts, the 11mm bolts will not fit in the 10mm hole.

If a group buy is forming I am in. I just have to make sure I have the will to install this myself! I will be doing coilovers, rear leafs, tires and rims. Leaning towards the Fox suspension.

It's really a simple install. I swapped spindles, leaf springs, and rear shocks with little mechanical experience. I had a good bit of know how but not the hands on experience.

That's a good plan. That will leave plenty of time for beer breaks also.

Finally got them on..pretty simple install.
The brake lines were a bitch to crack loose without rounding them off.

Maxtracs, 5100's at 0 w/stock coils, 1.5" rear, 1" wheel spacer front, 1.5" wheel spacer rear
I got a slight lean...thinking of getting the icon 3 leaf or just rock the lean.
She rides way better compared to when i had 885s...but excited to see how she'll really handle once i get an alignment.

NOW would be a good time to check out www.headstrongoffroad.com and check out their website and products. That's who I bought my Maxtrac spindles from and my wife can't wait to help me install them when they are delivered.

I ended up ditching the 1" wheel spacers up front. Noticed a ticking sound up front. Jacked it up and noticed
the spacers were loose. No beuno. they did not want to seat properly.
The width match perfectly with 1.5" spacers at the rear. Still pretty wide, but i loved how it looked with the 1"

What spacers? Did you torque them down and throw some lock tight on the nuts?

yes. before spindles i had 1.5" spacers with extended thread nuts. i used those nuts with the 1"...come to find out the
extended shaft of the nut interfered with the spacer sitting flush against the hub.
so i tried using the the nuts it came with but the nut protruded the spacer which would interfere with the wheel sitting flush.

so ditched it all together. i guess its fine since now the width is even with the rear..i just wanted that extra width.
