Recently purchased a 2000 Tacoma that interior lights don't work, I checked all the fuses and nothing was bad, I think its some sort of relay because the blinkers on the car also blink too fast. I've replaced the stereo and get 0 volts on the 12v connector, any help would be great

    Hi,
Check your rear tail light or blinker fuse. Sounds crazy but once when installing a stereo i had it short out and lost all interior lights and tail lights. It ended up being the tail light fuse. How they are related i have no clue but that was my strang fix.

This. I'm 99% sure that's you're problem. Had the same exact thing happen to me. It's connected to your tail lights as a safety feature to let you know they are all out. If the fuse keeps popping look for shorts in recently installed things (radio like us)
