    Anybody have pics installed with the G2 elite?
    Also is the basket narrow enough to fit in front of the wheel well and slide to one side or the other on a long bed?
    I am worried that with the hinge on the G2 its going to limit the placement of the basket and or the accessibility of the contents?

    I think if that were a problem, you could mount the bracket under the bed cleat, instead of on top of it. That would lower the height of the CMS.

    The only thing that is higher than the top of the cleat, is the little knobs that attach the CMS to the crossbar, but those can also be mounted from below, so it shouldn't be an issue.

    Not sure if I follow what you are saying....Can you post a pic re: little knobs that attach to the CMS? The only CMS I know is content management systems for ecommerce :)

    The CMS is the Cargo Management System being discussed in this thread. The knobs on top of the CMS, are the knobs, at the top.
