    I cut the bottom of the buckets out enough for the brackets to fit and the lights to fall in. Then used a hose clamp with a hole drilled into it for the mounting bolt, voilà. They don't move, I tested them on my speed bumps LOL!

    I think it's a ride height vs aerodynamics thing. I had my Camry 10 years before it got a chip. Hardly ever had bug strikes either.

    My Tacoma needs a windshield scrub weekly!! I can't drive down the block without a bug strike.

    I think I've heard impacts before but never seen a chip.

    I had the same problem with mine. Stealeship replaced them and they are a little better. Im lucky that i live in socal so i dont have to worry about rain. Water will get trapped inside and rot the metal.

    Because I had an LED strip roll lying around I lit the storage in case I ever need it with a 9v battery since a switch would have been a pain in the ass for something I will rarely use
