    Probably the only people who think that way are the ones who think the Mercedes was In the right to park that way in the first place. Absolutely no reason to take up two parking places unless you have a trailer or some other good reason for it.

    Because assholes ding doors kids bump fenders and no-one cares. If someone parks next to me i know somethin is wrong because i park far away. I protect my money, but by no means am i an ass about it.

    It's one thing to shame someone for parking like an asshole, it's another to damage or destroy someone's personal property. Chalk lines are funny, parking someone in is pretty funny, but it is not justification to damage a vehicle.
