Those are the crummy parts but look at what MD has going for it too. 2 hours from Baltimore and you can go to multiple different baseball teams, football teams, the beach, the mountains, tons of cool museums. The taxes are high, but the wages pay higher too. I moved from Delaware to here about 3 years ago. Delaware was dirt cheap to live in, then everyone from NY and NJ retired to the state, housing market went through the roof and employers kept paying the same... MD was a big transition for me but after being here for a while, I will never leave it.

So despite the mounting issues and having to drill, what is your over-all impression of this setup? The stock plastic bins seem like such a waste of space, which is why I've been eyeing this for a while now. Also... what are you planning on doing with your grill, going with the HomerTaco Satoshi facelift?

Well, look at the bright side of these ridiculous gun laws... go through less ammo with only 10rd mags available. :annoyed:

I like it. Those bins were a great factory setup (well as great as factory is) this is a much much better option, I need to get pouches for it but the space is much better I'll snap some photos lacking from the pages so far. I plan on mounting an ARB air compressor back there and customizing the rest of the layout for trail gear and camping gear. Once I drilled and bolted the latches for the seat backs back on it tightened up very snuggly and I don't seem to notice any chattering. The road noise with the seats back up and no dynamat is to me virtually non existent. Turn on the music and you'd never even know I removed anything. It hugs the back panel very well and gives you plenty of space to play with behind the seats. You MIGHT have an inch and a half behind the panel between the crossbars along the back all the rest of the space is now usable. I imagine I'll be able to use large and XL bags for gear down the bottom. I'll snap some pictures tomorrow.

Lmao actually that's a myth, you just have to reload more often but you can have 30 of them loaded and ready to go =D. But the magazine law is one of the non issues for the gun laws here in MD. You can posess them you just can not transfer to someone or buy them in MD but you can go to the closest cabelas and pick up a few dozen ;)

Awesome, thank you! If I went this route, I would most likely put some sort of sound damping material on the back of the cab, only because the access is there.

A Springfield Xdm 9mm found its way to me a few years back... there's something about a handful of factory 19rd magazines that just puts a smile on my face :D

It won't hurt to do it. But for me it didn't need it. Very happy with it so far.

Nice I enjoy my SW M&P 9mm. Very fun to shoot 17 in a row. Got to get some steel targets again.
