Well I'm glad he is OK, but I am sure he is bummed. Maybe he wants to buy mine....:spy:

I had no choice, Monte. Baby seats don't work in the Xcab. My first totally brand new truck, 3 miles, and it is bittersweet. A fucking automatic too. Fuck.

Where there is a will there is a way to make baby seats fit.

He has to wait on insurance on the truck. has no idea if its totaled or not yet. doesn't even know whats wrong with it really in terms of the frame and rear axle.

bummer man. If your buying new at least get what you want!

I have an N20 tank in my cab that I slowly let leak... makes driving down the highway that much more fun.

    Love MSV/Coney Flats.

That's Dylan's 4runner in the background no? The last time I was up there I ran into him and his crew at the creek crossing.

My Tacoma was the only vehicle I had when my daughter was born. Worked fine.

That's a bad time... my 99 was tboned at low speed (we were both going from red to green lights). I was going maybe 15 or 20mph, the kid that turned into me I'd guess was going 5 or 10mph in a full size truck and mine was totalled. Part of Ben probably wants it to be totalled because he knows it'll never drive the same and of course part of him probably wants to keep it. My rear axle was pretty messed up.

Ben was going 45mph..thats what i said that at that speed, the frame is gone. Time will tell. But yes, he is probably torn, a lot of great trips and memories in the green machine.

I would go with what @Taco me elmo went with, there are a few threads on here about the tundra upgrade. I think the setup I was going to go with was wheelersoffroad brake lines, Callahan powder coated calipers, ebc rotors, ebc pads. I think that's it? Not sure.

The LCE kit is untreated raw metal, ships in 3 separate orders so takes 2-3 weeks across 2 different shipping companies.
Just piece a kit together with the parts you need.
    Wheelersoffroad.com - Steel braided lines.
Ebay.com - S13WL Callahan red powedercoated calipers, EBC green stuff 7000 brake pads and any brand slotted rotors. look up 2005 Tundra for reference on the large kit 231MM.

the LCE kit is the inferior 199MM S13WE kit with shit Hawk pads.
