I would like to come, if I can get the day off work... Probably no modding, but drinking and throwing tools sounds like fun!!

You know Leonard on t4r? He's been holding on to my spindles for the last year or so. I loaned him mine so he can gusset his. The deal was for him to give me his old ones or just pass them onto someone that needs them. If you can meet up with him (he's real busy nowadays) I'm sure he'll pass them to you.

You and me both. He stuck around to help me install my links because my dumbass couldn't get them lined up right.

Also I may be able to make the 1st. Don't really have anything to do except pinch weld bashing. If one of you macho guys would like to help me with that.

Ha...I've tried on multiple occasions with a multitude of hammers. That sheet metal just stays and laughs at me and my scrawny arms.

Nah they might get jealous that I've moved onto new Icons.

I may be IN! Fairfield is only 25 minutes from me. A couple things I need to do, if time allows, ECGS needle bearing replacement bushing, and cab mount chop.. might be too much work, but would be cool to meet other tacomaworld members.

I'm interested in helping out if there's room. I can even bring some tools if needed.

I do not have a welder or a 220 circuit in my garage (yet, to both) so no welding quite yet at this mod day. Looking to really do quick bolt in suspension work. Don't wanna get halfway through anything powertrain related and have someone stranded lol

Jeff when you do start welding these "mod days" will have a line of trucks up your street. Wish I was on the west coast for this.

Haha I know. I want to pick one up some day...but I've only welded for like 2 hours total in my life...no clue reslly how to do it, I just picked up a mig welder at work one day during some free time and just started throwing down shitty beads on some plate. I'd say another couple of years before I feel good enough to work on anyone else's truck!

But other than that, I really don't mind helping people out with any installs they want to do, whenever. I like working on trucks and really wish I knew more about engines to work on my own! Suspension is easy vs engine work, but that could just be because of my lack of knowledge and experience. Hoping someday to go somewhat down @Torspd 's road and start tearing the engine apart to find more power :)

Volcom, www.Motoiq.com. Doesn't get into super specific details, but breaks things down simple enough in the tech and engine articles.
