True, but not nearly as fast. Putting electricity through it really eats it up.

Dielectric grease helps with that, though.
Get you some lube on that!

It does. I kept my connector on the Tacoma lubed up pretty well, I always plugged the holes with dielectric grease. But a few years in New England and the running light pin was completely rotted out, the rest were fine.

Damn, that's weird. Never had that problem with a tow plug before.

I think Mike added a 4 pin aftermarket plug in his Tacoma. Not the factory 7 pin with the cover and seal

That's correct. It was an aftermarket 4 pin adapter. It had a plastic cover and I kept it packed with grease but it eventually corroded. It lasted a good 4 years though. It was just interesting that the running light plug was gone while the other 3 were perfectly fine.

Is it the one that is not insulated or is that the ground?

The non insulated one is the ground.

Figured I would throw this out there for you folks too:

My wife and I just finished our kitchen remodel (for the most part) this past weekend and figured I would share the glory. The link has some decent before and after pics:

Hmmm, how'd you attach that miniature mailbox to the mirror? I see you already ripped the door off of it too...

Any places in RI or MA that will pay for old catalytic converters? I have an old GM cat that could be worth some cash.

    Morning all

You took off all your cats? How did you get rid of the 4runner? Did you trade it in?
