I'm sure I speak for all of us (with the possable exception of Deralickt), thank you that... :)

I do the balance and follow the recommended amounts like .8 to 1g of protein per pound ect. I'm kinda at a stand still in my progress tho. I am ok with where I'm at but have been busting my ass attempting to add some lean mass with little success. With that comes a little frustration but, what else do I do...???

As far as dipping it's a bitch for me...in the past I actually quit for 6 months and picked it back up. I don't dip a lot...maybe a can every 4 or 5 days but damn dude it's the first thing I think of when I wake up, after I eat and after sex. Oh and with every cup of coffee.

    Bingo!

More power to ya brother. That working out after work blows...I struggle with it...

I have my pick at work of 7a or 9a start and I choose 9a so I can jog & work out b4. Not sure id have the energy after work.

As with the rest of my life I'm outta the loop (and like it that way) but congrats man even if I am late. You should be proud.

    Yes sir, that's shim. :)

Lmao wtf is going on in this thread

What's the benefit of creatine? Doesn't it just make you hold more water mass?

    What's so funny? :notsure:

Creatine turns ADP into ATP, which allows you to train more optimally. Creatine is also a fuel source. But to answer your question, yes, creatine makes you hold more water: it actually hydrates your muscle cells, which increases protein synthesis. So yes, creatine makes you hold water, but that's a good thing.

If you'd like me to source all of the above, I can :D

Just went to bb.com to order a big tub of ON and to browse preworkouts and they've got a hell of a deal going on...this is what I got:

5 lbs (77 servings) of ON banana cream - $58
2 tubs of BPI preworkout (50 servings each) (buy 1 get 1 free) - $27

I'm gonna call that a win

I went with BPI because it was the best deal of all the pre-workouts on the 'top-10' page. My second choice was Curse, but it was .35 per serving and BPI was .11 per serving with the bogo deal. We'll see if it's any good!

1 MR Vortex. I didn't know they had more than one.

EDIT: Just read up and saw where Pump HD is more of an all-around supplement with creatine, aminos, etc. I also noticed bb.com doesn't sell Pump HD anymore...wonder why :notsure:

Good. Pre's are such a gamble because they all effect everyone differently. I was reading a bunch of people saying that 2 scoops of the vortex is a no-no, which is generally a good sign!

It's okay buddy, we still love you
