New Member-2015 Tacoma Off Road - Looking for advice

New Member here looking for ideas. I have a bone stock 2015 Off Road Tacoma.(actually I did put a TRD cat back exhaust on it) I am looking to upgrade the following and are looking for ideas. With that said I will not really be doing any true off roading so maybe that will play into what replies I get. Thanks for any advice in advance.

1. Looking to give it a little more lift. Nothing too crazy. 3" and under.
2. Looking to have at least some 32"-33" tires under it.
3. Looking for Black rims that aren't too flashy and are offset just to get a beefy look.
4. Is n-Fab good nerf bar?
5. Maybe a light bar to have inside the front grill.
6. Volant cold air intake? is it worth it?

I like the way the following looks if that helps with any ideas. I even like these TRD rims...Could I get those, if so what size or rims and tires?

I think this will be a good start. Here are a few pics of my current truck but i'm sure you all know what a bone stock Tacoma looks like.
