Took a 8" round 3/8" thick plate and drilled holes to match the lug pattern for the spare and welded it on to the frame of the swing out. Worked like a charm and now I can ride with the spare on. Also welded in some 2x2 square supports between the plated sides and the frame plate. Now it's not flimsy anymore.

Haha bed rack is completely finished but the bumper still needs love. Need to grind out imperfections and make things pretty. Haha started back at work this week and I also have 2 sets of sliders and a bed rack to build right now for some people so it's busy and hard for me to get to the bumper haha!

Haha yeah I have a lot of fun building the stuff and making it my own. I just bought a new toy today. Bought a plasma cutter that will be here next week. I'm pretty excited about it. First things I'll do will be probably make a new front bumper and some new light bar brackets.
