Got an alignment done this morning. Didn't love the ride on the way home and called them up to let them know I was coming back for them to tweak it. Figured it would only take them a few minutes so I popped my pre workout and headed back up here thinking I'd hit the gym after. Been here an hour and a half and have long since had the tingles come and go. Such a waste of good powder!! Now I'm going to go home and eat and then go for round 2 of the pre workout and try to get an afternoon leg day in

Had a great 'lower-a' day today. And one of the big old-school powerlifter dudes I workout with sometimes complimented my quads...greatest moment of my life.

smith machine squats (feet way out in front): 135x10, 225x10, 225x8, 225x7 (I was going a2g and my ankle wasn't having that shit)
    Romanian deadlifts: 135x10, 225x12, 315x7
    leg extensions: 2 sets of 14, 20 @ 45, 25 lbs per leg
    lying leg curls: 2 sets of 12, 10 @ 45, 35 lbs
    calves
    abs

Did back today. Lat pulldowns, seated rows, tbar rows, deads, hypertensions with an 80lb BB and shrugs with 3 plates a side. I've cut my sets to 2 sets and about 3-5 exercises per muscle. 2 sets, but do them RIGHT.

Seems legit, since the sugar sparks the insulin spike and the caffeine flows through. Carbonation helping the absorption.

I like Optimum Nutrition Creatine. As long as it's Creatine monohydrate and Creapure, it's quality stuff.

You can get a 3 month supply of ON for like $15

Imma try that shit. I bet the crash is horrible

Good deal man. Mine kicked my ass this morning (in a good way). I did 2 miles XC followed by legs, core & upper before work. With exception of my random drug screen this morning, I'm doing my 10 hours outside today (for work) with zero shade & 94 humid degrees...

Hoping to do the same tomorrow morning.

Holy shit. After work, I went to the gym and went home to plow the garden and almost had a heat stroke...I fucking hate hot weather.

@dwalden2, Amy and I took our dogs for a walk last night in the woods and saw three bucks on the food plot. Looks like I've got some free protein in my future :D...I'm going to try to get my first ever bow kill this season.

    Noice!

I got a bow this year, too. Gonna try to get least get a doe early in the season. It's just always so hot and humid during September that I don't want to bow hunt. I've never had a bow til this year, though. And I only have it because it was free...

I bought one right after last season ended from a guy for $300. I'm a lefty, so left-handed bows are hard to come by, especially for that cheap; it's a Bowtech Tomkat...it's pretty fun to shoot, but hitting a deer at 40 yds is gonna be a feat.

We came across an old wooden play house this summer that we're fixing up to be a stand, so I'm gonna hunt out of it when it's hot. It's about 6-8 feet off the ground and covers your whole body, so I can wear shorts and have a cooler full of bee......water with me

hunting! My last and current bow is a Mathews Solocam. Love to shoot even at target.
