you could still get them, have them at less of an angle so they can be used as steps too. Jerry will work with you

Hmmm. Didn't realize they customized them. I like the ground clearance but also LOVE the idea of anti door ding they can provide. Can't stand folks parking next to me. ;)

yep. I don't think you have to lose ground clearance either, just have them level, or just above - ground clearance + steps = no door dings or rocker damage

Haven't done anything to the truck in quite some time...
Yesterday gave her updated eyes and new wipers. Swapped out the old (burned out) stock headlamps for some new Sylvania Silverstars. Already like the new "whiter" output.
In the near future...New battery as well as some new shoes. I seem to be hitting all the maintenance items these days.

So far I've added an Advance folding bed cover and since removed it. Gave it to my son in Maine, he has an 05 2wd. GT perfect fit seat covers. Weathertech floor mats and window vent visors. Waag center brush/grill guard. Hose clamp tailgate mod. Turned off the seat belt chime. Added Ultra-Gauge. Trailer hitch. Softopper. Replaced sun visors with slide out style. Toyota bed extender. Had Firestone Destinations and now Michelin LTX AT2 in stock size. More mods to come; Fog lights, locking storage in bed, intermittent wipers. Now looking for Radio/HU upgrade. and maybe a lift way down the road.
Must be the 09 cycle. I'll be doing brakes, TB and MAF cleaning. Also need new battery and I know other stuff will pop up real soon.

What I've done today. I also did the startup screen change mod and a simple K&N air filter but haven't taken a picture of those yet.

I feel like that too... Since spring I replaced a front bearing, Had me e -brake cables replaced this week by my mechanic and learned that my a/c is leaking and the parts cost as much as the ebrake cables... Both cables and a/c parts ( dont know yet wich one exactly) are Toyota dealer only... Starting to think to call them stealership too! Overpriced parts!

Just get the parts and DYI or have a mechanic do it. Ask for a discount 10% or more. I am always able to get a little off just by asking.

Oil change with tire rotation and drain and fill the tranny. Also installed the front set of paranoid oh shut handles. I got these from TW member Yoter.

Yeah sure I do get the parts and try to do it myself. Only leave the truck at dealer if it's a recall haha. If I do not have the time or knowledge to do it myself i ask my mechanic. He is a good guy and bill his time in cash. Most of time I get my parts somewhere else with good discount but those parts weren't available.

Put on some Spidertrax wheel spacers, my dad upgraded to a Tundra and gave me his UWS toolbox to put on and I put on a new black American Flag Window sticker.

what pads did you go with?
i did mine a few weeks ago and when i compressed the pistons in to slide the new pads in, the fluid level increased in the reservoir and it overflowed a little. i was wondering if this happened to you? it has since gone back down a little but i had to actually take a little out so that it would not overflow more when i did the other side.
it stops fine so i figured that im ok. just wanted to see if you had any of the same problems
