Sat radio in 2009

I have a 2009 access cab. The radio has a "sat" feature and an antenna on the roof. What else do i need to make this work?
Can someone point me in the right direction?

You can also get Sirius if you prefer that and use the same radio and antenna.

Dealer will rip you for about $500 - $600.

It is very easy to do yourself. Basically just plug the stuff in and secure it in/under the dash somewhere.
