The only way you are getting 4" is if you are a prerunner and I wouldn't recommend preloading the shit out of some coils with a spacer either.

You could add a body lift but those are an interesting animal. It's gained some more steam with the guys adding a crawlbox with a tummy tuck.

As DB lifts go, BDS is the only way. Otherwise don't bother.

RCD does 4" drop bracket. Similar to rough country, you get the other 2" with coil lift.

Yeah I've been looking at the 4" BDS but can't decide on a good size tire to go with it...

To me on a 6" lift 33's look to small, you don't think 34's would look small do you? I like a full fender but don't wanna go to narrow to achieve it

I'm telling you mang, if you go DB don't skimp out on the brand or setup. Getting a real set of coilovers and full leaf pack is the only way to do these. Both evenflow and BlackTacoma have great setups.

If you want to do it right and be happy with it, yes.

I dropped close to that and ended up taking most of it to my new build that I love even more.

I still prefer non DB personally but I stick around these parts to help guys like you make informed decisions.

Smallest you should go with a DB lift is 35 imo.

You can get 4" of lift on a 4x4 if you go to long travel kit...

Oh really do tell ...The LT kits come with the extended brake lines and steering extensions etc and with the way the average joe is going to drive his truck there is no need for the other stuff you are insinuating about but if you want to push the issue :

Double shear coil bucket kit $130

    Cam tab gussets $60

    Rubber axle boots $80

    What else ?

Bed cage, SUA or links, triple bypasses, shock tower brace and shock hoops. Bypasses up front as well.

I said to do it right. Sure he can throw on an engage kit but it seems that most of these LT guys end up with a whole lot more
